Terms & Conditions:

 

All sponsorships will be reviewed for relevance to this event. Pediatric Management Institute reserves the right to exclude/amend/reject any sponsor at any time. In the event that a sponsor is excluded/amended/rejected, Pediatric Management Institute will provide a refund of all deposit(s) and balance(s) related to this event to company within 45 days.

 

 

Deposit(s) Paid Before April 1, 2019:

Sponsor agrees that 50% of the expected balance will be invoiced to my company with a due date of April 1, 2019. Such invoice will be emailed to the sponsor at the address provided herein. The remaining balance (plus any additional options purchased) will be due by November 15, 2019.

Deposit(s) paid between April 1, 2019 & November 15, 2019:

Sponsor agrees that 50% of the expected balance will be invoiced to my company and paid within 10 days of receipt. Such invoice will be emailed to the sponsor at the address provided herein. The remaining balance (plus any additional options purchased) will be due by November 15, 2019.

Deposit(s) Paid after November 15, 2019:

Sponsor agrees that 100% of the expected balance will be invoiced to the sponsor and paid within 10 days of receipt.

 

Additional Terms (Applies to deposit(s) paid at any time:

In the event that such payments are not received by the designated due date, Sponsor agrees that this deposit is non-refundable and that my Sponsor forfeits its place in line to select its booth location and any individual event sponsorship(s).
