PMI offers two (2) levels of Pediatric Practice Assessments:

​Remote: Variety of financial analysis along with phone/video conferencing options. This is a great value for practices that need PMI to focus on the financial aspects of the practice and provide remote consultation.

​

​Onsite: Everything included in the remote package PLUS a one-day onsite visit for review of front-office operations, review of billing office operations, a how-to-facilitate-strategic-planning session for practice shareholders, and an educational session for employees on providing excellent customer service in Pediatrics.

​

​Upgrade Options: Credit is provided to practices that choose to have PMI complete Remote Package and then upgrade to the Comprehensive/Onsite package if scheduled within one month of the completion of the remote assessment. The practice only pays the difference in package prices plus applicable travel costs.
